We purchased our first property using Mike and his team and were very happy! He spent many hours in person and on the phone giving us consult on how to make some of the decisions we needed. He assisted us in arranging skilled inspectors and made sure the sellers did their part. Funny, some friends of ours were buying in another town and they said their realtor rarely answered the phone, took days to return emails and made them choose inspectors, contractors, etc. We felt bad for them since we were getting such professional treatment from Home Realty Pros. They should've used Mike and his people.

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the hard to understand real estate questions and decisions. He was very easy to work with and never made us feel as if we were not important or wasting time. The most impressive thing was his aggressiveness when it counted. We really wanted to a home and had been getting passed over on several offers until we stated that this is the one we want. Mike wrote up a super aggressive offer that really caught the eye of the sellers and listing agent. This made the difference for sure. We also never felt as if we were risking anything on our end by writing the super attractive offer. I would recommend mike to any one who does not have a real estate agent already.

Mr. Porter sold my house in Carmichael recently. I found the experience to be vastly better than Realtors I've used in the past. Both him and his team was very professional during the experience and easy to contact. Call back times were short. I was particularly impressed at his 'out of the box' thinking when our buyer's appraisal came in a bit short. He was able to negotiate for them to bring in the extra cash to close the deal WITHOUT us having to lower our price. I was impressed because he had this in mind PRIOR to us even listing the home so when we got a buyer he negotiated for them to introduce extra cash if necessary upon a lower appraisal. This eliminated any game playing by buyers of submitting a higher offer then negotiating a lower price when in contract later. VERY PROFESSIONAL!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
